1. Right of Withdrawal (European Union Customers)

If you have made a purchase from within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the product.

To exercise this right, you must email us at info@g2heritage.com including your order number, personal details, and the products you wish to return.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping costs are included in the product price and will not be deducted from the refund.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

We will not refund items that are used, damaged, incomplete, or not returned in their original condition.

3. Defective Products or Order Errors

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.

After reviewing the case, we may replace the product, send replacement parts, or provide a full refund. In these cases, all return and reshipment costs will be covered by G2S HERITAGE SL.

4. Returns from Non-EU Countries (Including the United Arab Emirates)

Customers outside the EU also have the right to withdraw within 14 days, subject to local regulations. Return shipping costs are always the customer’s responsibility.

Customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are non-refundable. Any customs-related costs generated during the return process will be deducted from the refund.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Opened or used products that cannot be resold as new

6. Exchanges (Size or Color)

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.

7. Legal Warranty

All products include a 3-year legal warranty for manufacturing defects in accordance with European regulations.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized manipulation.
