Each BALENTES saddle is crafted from premium leathers, selected for their durability and their ability to meet the demands of equestrian use. To preserve its qualities and maintain the saddle in optimal condition over time, regular and appropriate care is essential.

After each use, we recommend applying a conditioning balm
specifically formulated for leather to help nourish it and maintain its suppleness. Regular conditioning helps preserve the leather’s appearance and
properties against the effects of continued use.

When not in use, we recommend always protecting the saddle with the included BALENTES cover. Proper storage helps protect it from dust and unnecessary wear, preserving its qualities and extending its lifespan.

SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders.

For international consignments, dispatch is carried out via DHL Express, with an estimated transit time of 1 to 3 business days. Please note that a signature upon receipt is required to ensure secure delivery.

Within Spain, shipments are entrusted to Correos Express, with an anticipated delivery window of 24 to 72 hours. Recipients will be asked to present a valid identification document (DNI) at the time of delivery to verify identity.

All orders are delivered exclusively in person to guarantee proper handover. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, unattended parcel lockers, or any location where the delivery cannot be personally acknowledged.
